I have a problem with the documents not being saved or scanned. Import is also not working. The message says: "The file path cannot find..". What should I do?

The save or scan errors are usually encountered when the software is configured with a wrong path. This means that you should open the application related to your device and check the storage or import paths. If you're using the OSD menu on the device, make sure to check the storage methods used.
